80/20 rule. Moderation. Often times we indulge too much, this is reflected back to us in the obesity epidemic in North America. On the other hand when people restrict their diets, they can end up binging and going overboard. If we eat healthy 80% of the time we can enjoy treats the other 20%. This helps us live balanced while having the energy for life.
