My name is Eden Neufeld, I grew up on a farm in Alberta then I moved to the city for school. I got a degree in nursing and I have been practicing for 5 years. I am in the nutrition and mental health fields. All this time I have never forgotten the concept "Up Stream Thinking" that I learned in school. Upstream Thinking is Prevention and Promotion.
